Leon kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bodies. Nate Kirby has the better chin. Leon goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Kirby throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kirby throws a series of punches but Leon moves out of range.
Kirby closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
No joy there for Leon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joao Carlos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Coulter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlos comes to the ring accompanied by Nego drama. Coulter has chosen here comes the boom by neley as his entrance music. Andrew Coulter struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 187.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Andrew Coulter will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.
