Mutantes has chosen El Justiciero as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mutantes misses with a takedown

and Diaz counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Diaz.

Mutantes tries to pull guard but Diaz won't allow it.

Mutantes tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Renaldo Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Os Mutantes.
Diaz is pressed up against the cage. Mutantes has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Diaz down to the mat. Diaz avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bullock lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Play at a distance.

Well Alib has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raul Esteves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Esteves might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Before I Forgot-Skipknot. Machida is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by For Whom The Bell Tolls. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
