The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dyrakov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Dyrakov or perhaps it was just good defense by Freire which made him look bad.
Decent striking displayed by Freire there.
Freire digs a good hook to Dyrakov's body.
Freire lands with an uppercut that bounces Dyrakov off the cage and back into rage.
Dyrakov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dyrakov takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Dyrakov throws a looping overhand right but Freire ducks down to avoid it.
Dyrakov tries to land a front kick but Freire steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Freire throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Freire closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Freire lands with a light punch inside.
Freire prevents the takedown attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Freire lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Dyrakov backwards.

He turns his back on Freire, trying to create some distance but Freire rushes him, striking wildly and Dyrakov goes down! The referee tackles Freire into the cage to end the fight! Freire is one violent man!

Petrov turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Tontyl off and cradles Petrov's limp body as Tontyl celebrates with his corner.

Costaleda drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Costaleda seems to have locked his on tight now - Lohov screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Costaleda, as he picks up the win!

Neville stuffs the takedown.
Lasher tries for a takedown but Neville sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Neville tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lasher swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Horrible takedown by Lasher or perhaps it was just good defense by Neville which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Liam Lasher. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lasher is trying hard to land a takedown here. Neville sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Lasher goes for a takedown attempt but Neville pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Neville really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lasher. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Neville wants to sweep here but Lasher controlling him for the moment.
