The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
San swings away with a body shot that misses
and Aeurelious counters with a nice uppercut.
Aeurelious takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
San tries to clinch up but Aeurelious circles away and keeps his distance.
Aeurelious has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by San.
San moves in looking to clinch but Aeurelious pushes him off.
San throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Aeurelious counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
San digs a good body shot into Aeurelious's ribs.
Aeurelious is breathing heavily.
San is looking to clinch but Aeurelious is avoiding it.
San misses with a wild combination.
San digs a good hook to Aeurelious's body.

San throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aeurelious.

San lands a left and a right that send Aeurelious crashing to the mat, dazed. San thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Coleman Iii cracks Kerns with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Roman shoots in looking for a takedown. Mcsnottem tries to sprawl out of it but Roman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mcsnottem manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mcsnottem fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Roman.

Roman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mcsnottem manages to avoid it.

and Kajiwara counters with a shoot takedown. Haan fights it but they end up in guard.
Kajiwara is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Let's hope that Kajiwara has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
