Ken is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ken wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Sheilds manages to pass to side control.
Sheilds looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Sheilds is looking to pass Ken's guard but actually Ken recovers to full guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dong shoots in for a double leg but Ossini sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Dong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Ossini is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dong's half guard.

Ossini thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dong's head.
Dong is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ossini is looking to advance position but Dong won't allow it.
Ossini is trying to control the action in half guard but Dong is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Ossini uses his free foot to push down on Dong's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dong.
Ossini fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Ossini throws some wild stikes that Dong manages to avoid easily.
Ossini thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Dong tries to lock up and control but Ossini gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

He's trying desperately to grab hold of Ossini around the waist but Ossini pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Ossini is the winner by TKO! Ossini jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Black moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Don Piano has been cut.
A jab from Piano does it's job there.
Piano ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Piano lands a nice shot that snaps Black's head back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Piano fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Piano thows a left - swing and a miss!
Piano digs a good body shot into Black's ribs.
Don Piano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Black misses with an uppercut.
Piano tries for a takedown but Black sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Piano fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Piano moves out of range of the body kick from Black.
Black dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Piano.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Don Piano. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Piano misses with a straight left.
Piano misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Black.
The crowd cheers as Black lands an impressive looking overhand right. Piano doesn't seem phased though.
Piano throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Piano lands a slapping body shot.
Piano digs a good body shot into Black's ribs.

Piano throws a combination that misses
and Black counters with a good low kick that Piano was not able to check.
Piano misses the shot to the body.
Black lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Piano circles away quickly and effectively.
Piano shoots in and drives through. Black sprawls well.
Black misses with a body kick.
Piano shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Piano keeps the fight on the outside.
Piano misses with a lunging right hand
and Black counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Piano clinches.
Piano pushes Black back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Piano is trying to drag Black to the mat but Black just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Piano tries a body shot but Black blocks it.
Black jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Piano walks away with a smile on his face. Black gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Piano's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Black ducks under a wild hook from Piano.
Piano throws a body punch but Black moves out of range.
Piano checks a leg kick nicely.

Piano shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Black defends it nicely.
Don Piano is winning the standup battle so far.
Piano misses the shot to the body.

Piano throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Black connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Black misses with a straight right.
Piano shoots in for a takedown but Black shows good takedown defense.
Piano misses with a wild body shot.

Black shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Piano tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Piano is working hard here to advance position.
Black misses with a head shot.
Black throws a sloppy strike and Piano uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Piano has ended up in Black's guard.

Black looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Piano wants to control from the top but Black keeps moving.
Piano in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Piano will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Piano throws and elbow that misses. Black uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Piano's guard. Nice move by Black!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Piano wants to sweep but no luck.
Black looking to pass the guard.

Black stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Piano throws up his legs and catches Black in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Black tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Piano! That came out of nowhere!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Don Piano!
