The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pineda fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gracie avoids it really well and circles away.
Pineda looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Gracie decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Pineda is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wuju moves into the clinch.

Gold dives in and grabs Wuju's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wuju pushes down on Gold's head and hops out.

Wuju avoiding damage.

Gold is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Wuju can't fight it off and eventually Gold manages to take the fight to the floor. Wuju looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Gold really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Wuju is controlling Gold's posture.
Gold postures up in Wuju's guard and throws a big left but Wuju blocks it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro wants to land a leg kick but Evil is out of range.
Ribeiro tries to score a power double leg takedown but Evil sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ribeiro somewhat.
Ribeiro fails with a takedown attempt.
Ribeiro is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ribeiro misses with a double jab.
Ribeiro tries to clinch up.
Ribeiro misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ribeiro shoots in looking for a takedown. Evil tries to sprawl out of it but Ribeiro keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Evil manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Murilo Ribeiro. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Evil lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Ribeiro backs up against the cage.

Evil catches Ribeiro with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Oh Ribeiro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Evil throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ribeiro rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Evil moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Evil darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Ribeiro shoots in for a takedown but Evil shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ribeiro seems to have got his legs back now.
Sloppy strikes from Evil. Those never looked like landing.
Evil cracks a nice hook into Ribeiro's ribs.
Ribeiro is breathing heavily.

Evil has taken the fight to the clinch.

Ribeiro breaks the clinch.
Evil lands with a kick to the temple. Ribeiro shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Evil sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Ribeiro to the ground! Evil dives into full mount looking to finish!
A big strike lands for Evil! That's really hurt Ribeiro and he's turned his back - Evil keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Evil jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
