The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Han lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Han lands a big head kick that sends Dux tumbling to the mat! Han takes a step backwards and waves Dux back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Dux is rocked!

It looks like Frank Dux has been cut.
Han drops Dux with a huge uppercut! Dux drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Han is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Filcic displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Filcic closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lips to the mat! Lips manages to get full guard.
Filcic must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Filcic slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Craig Broph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Birchum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Birchum has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Mister Birchum told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Broph connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
No joy there for Broph, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Broph cracks the inside of Birchum's front leg.
Birchum looks gassed!

Broph changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Birchum looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Birchum avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Broph.
Birchum is not content to let Broph control the position.
Birchum on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Broph has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Birchum is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Broph yanks on the arm and Birchum is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Broph.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
den Hollander dips a shoulder and cracks Koc with a mighty uppercut! Koc falls back against the cage and den Hollander unloads with a barrage of strikes! Koc is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - den Hollander screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Bob has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bob there as he acknowledges the shot.
Dawson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dawson slips under a jab from Bob.

Dawson tries to keep at a distance but Bob has taken the fight into the clinch.
Dawson looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Bob keeps control of Dawson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bob misses with a punch on the inside.
Dawson tries to circle away but Bob has him pinned against the cage.

The referee calls for Bob to work.
Dawson is trying to drag Bob to the mat but Bob just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Bob has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dawson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Billy Bob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Dawson.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Bob creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dawson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Bob wants to control but Dawson is keeping him busy.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bob cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Dubai is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Dubai is pressing down on Bananer's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bananer is holding on for now.
Bananer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dubai is working away from the top position though.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Dubai fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bananer has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tom Mot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mot kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Be Aggresive by Faith No More.
