Davison uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Marston on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Davison! Marston is out on his feet! Davison rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Marston is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Marston is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Orlan lands a front kick.
Gomi tries a head kick but it misses.
Gomi pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gomi walks forward, straight into a front kick from Orlan.
Gomi is breathing heavily.
Orlan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Orlan, right into the meat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gomi takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Orlan goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Gomi throws a leg kick but Orlan moved away.

Gomi on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Orlan lands a leg kick that knocks Gomi off balance momentarily.

Gomi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Orlan circles away.
Orlan thumps Gomi with a low kick.
Gomi takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Davison wants to stand and escape but De Souza is having none of it.

De Souza is pushing down on Davison's leg trying to pass to half guard. Davison is fighting to maintain full guard but De Souza has managed to sneak the leg through.

De Souza is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
De Souza lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

De Souza passes to side control.

De Souza is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Davison has escaped the position, nice work there.
Davison is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

De Souza is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Davison knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Davison is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but De Souza has just dragged him back down to the mat.

De Souza wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Davison, who protects the arm well.
De Souza lands a decent elbow from side control.

Davison pushes De Souza away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, De Souza gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Davison tries to bench press De Souza off him but De Souza keeps the position.
Davison is pushing De Souza's head away, looking to escape. De Souza manages to hold on to the position though.
De Souza lands a few punches from side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Davison is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Davison is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but De Souza couldn't care less - he's delighted!
