The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barba fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Randle, pushing him back against the cage.

Barba has gone for a leg lock! Randle slips out almost immediately though and dives into Barba's guard.
Randle passes into half guard.
Barba is trying to maintain the position but Randle is very close to passing his half guard.
Randle is looking to take a break and control but Barba is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Randle lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Rocha lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Rocha dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Johnson shoots in and drives through. Rocha sprawls well.
Johnson looks gassed!
Rocha scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Rocha lands a big uppercut and Johnson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Johnson looks OK. Rocha waves Johnson back to his feet!

Rocha walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Johnson drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Rocha swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Johnson's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
