Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jamie Cowlam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Ruffa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cowlam kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Cant Stop. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cowlam tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ruffa paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ruffa shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cowlam as he avoids it easily.
Ruffa fails with the takedown.

Ruffa changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cowlam looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

He tries to recover but Quinn pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Bilko is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
