Jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lebedev pinned against the cage. Lebedev gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Lebedev shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jackson eats them both and turns towards Lebedev to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

That has opened up John Jackson's cut even more.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jackson looks for a takedown but Lebedev sprawls well.

That was a close round but I would say that Yuri Lebedev will probably get the nod.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lebedev misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Jackson.
Jackson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Come on Lebedev - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Lebedev lands an elbow that stopped Jackson in his tracks for a moment.
Jackson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lebedev lands a nice uppercut.

John Jackson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Lebedev gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at John Jackson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Velasquez tries to clinch up
and Rogers counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
A nice inside leg kick there by Rogers. That's going to slow Velasquez down.
Velasquez tries to clinch but Rogers is having none of it.
Velasquez looks to land a right hand but Rogers moved out of range.
Rogers misses with a low kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Velasquez tries to clinch there but Rogers circles away.
Rogers lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Rogers with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Velasquez looks gassed!
The fight stays on the outside here - Velasquez looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rogers throws a jab when Velasquez was well out of range.
Rogers keeps the fight on the outside.
Velasquez throws a leg kick but Rogers sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Rogers blocks a low kick nicely.

Rogers avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rogers jabs at Velasquez's body.
Rogers jabs Velasquez right on the nose. Velasquez blinks but takes it well.
Rogers lands a head shot.

It looks like Mustang Velasquez has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Velasquez takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Rogers lands a big uppercut and Velasquez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Velasquez looks OK. Rogers waves Velasquez back to his feet!

Velasquez is rocked!
Rogers with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Velasquez is still on wobbly legs! Can Rogers finish him?
Rogers moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Rogers is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Velasquez flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Velasquez is out cold! Rogers holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Knight connects with a crisp jab.
Knight throws a body punch but Thomas moves out of range.
Knight connects with a right hand. Thomas shakes it off.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Knight looks to score with a jab to the body but Thomas is just out of range.
Thomas throws a combination that misses
and Knight counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Knight keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Thomas is rocked!

Knight scores with a hook to the body. Thomas takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Oh Thomas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thomas is breathing heavily.

Thomas takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Knight is stalking Thomas. Thomas circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Knight, and it's lights out! Thomas really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
