The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chips misses with a body shot.
Chips connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dameshek. Dameshek circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Dameshek is looking to clinch.
Chips looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Chips swings for the body but Dameshek moves out of range.
Chips throws a nice looking combination but Dameshek bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Dameshek stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dameshek wants it to stay on the feet.

Dameshek feints and as Chips raises his hands in defense, Dameshek changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
