The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddits slaps away a takedown attempt from Dark, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Duddits scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Vic Dark has been cut.
Dark is breathing heavily.
Duddits moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Dark looks for a takedown but Duddits sprawls well.

Duddits shoots in and bounces Dark off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Duddits accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
