The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laitela shoots in for a takedown but Donavan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Donavan moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Donavan looks to land a combination but Laitela avoids it well.

Laitela closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Donavan's guard.
Donavan can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Laitela controls the pace.
