That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Michael Nguyen.

Stone has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Fionn uses from the top position.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Stone here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Stone is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Fionn knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Fionn for a finish.
