On his way into the cage it seems that Danny Haze has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Danny Haze seems to be OK! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haze checks a leg kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Haze checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Haze closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Grant quickly recovers to half guard.
Haze works his foot free and advances to mount.
Grant wants to control but Haze is having none of it.

Haze swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Grant is now in Haze's guard. A big mistake from Haze there, giving up the dominant position!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Grant stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Haze swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Haze working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Grant doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Grant manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Grant is looking to defend but Haze has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Grant! Haze pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Grant taps out and this one is all over!
