Hopper shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Zabuza counters with a stiff right hand.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Hopper swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Zabuza is now in Hopper's guard. A big mistake from Hopper there, giving up the dominant position!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vallely scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Vallely throws a hook but Anderson blocks it.
Anderson walks into a straight right hand from Vallely.
Vallely tests Anderson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Vallely stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Anderson is rocked!
Anderson ducks under a wild hook from Vallely.
Vallely will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Vallely tried to score with a low kick but Anderson checks it.
Anderson blocks a low kick nicely.
Vallely misses with a jab, cross combination.

Anderson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Vallely connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Anderson scrambles back to his feet.
Anderson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Vallely lands with a nice body punch.

Vallely lands a left and a right that send Anderson crashing to the mat, dazed. Vallely thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Anderson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

It looks like Marc Anderson has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Anderson switches off momentarily and Vallely cracks him with a monster right hand! Anderson topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Vallely dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Vallely!

Murdock uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Marston.
Murdock wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Murdock lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Murdock.

Murdock throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Marston tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Murdock is in Marston's guard.

Bonney throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Czyzewski's waist but Czyzewski gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bonney off to one side.
William Bonney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bonney looks for a takedown but Czyzewski sprawls well.
Bonney closes the distance and clinches up with Czyzewski, looking for a takedown. Bonney pushes Czyzewski against the ropes but Czyzewski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
