Kalizhnikov closes the distance and clinches up with Takada, looking for a takedown. Kalizhnikov pushes Takada against the cage but Takada circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Saint Pierre has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Barnett is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Saint Pierre.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well Barnett has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Smokealot avoids it really well and circles away.
Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Smokealot swivels and escapes.
Gracie closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Smokealot drops Gracie with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gracie looks back up at him and smiles so Smokealot waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Estefan Gracie has been cut.
