Muroi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Get Out - Circa Survive. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ali closes the distance and clinches up with Sobral, looking for a takedown. Ali pushes Sobral against the cage but Sobral circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Sobral throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ali takes a kick to the side of the head.
Ali avoids the head kick by Sobral.
Sobral tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ali shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sobral as he jumps to the side.

Ali thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Sobral is pushing Ali's head away, looking to escape. Ali manages to hold on to the position though.
The referee asks Ali politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Ali prefers to stall for the moment though.

Sobral would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ali is on top in guard.
Ali postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Ali tries to free his leg and advance position but Sobral is retaining full guard.
Ali slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Mohammed Ali showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Ali sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sobral's guard.

Ali seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Ali has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sobral defend it? Ali steps over the head and cranks it - Sobral is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Ali!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balboa shoots in looking for a takedown. Sane tries to sprawl out of it but Balboa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sane looks to throw the jab but Balboa is out of range.

A nice leg kick lands there from Balboa.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Balboa is defended easily by Sane.
Balboa thumps Sane with a low kick.
Balboa on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Sane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Balboa manages to avoid it.
Sane dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nice uppercut lands for Sane. That snapped Balboa's head back.

Balboa needs to keep his hands up - Sane had a free shot at his head there.

Montenegro throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shinra throws an elbow but Montenegro slips to the side and avoids it well.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
