That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dave Thomas.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Thomas, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Cena swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Laid is now in Cena's guard. A big mistake from Cena there, giving up the dominant position!

Laid drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Cena manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Laid has Cena in his guard.
Cena wants to control from the top but Laid keeps moving.

Cena has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Laid to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Cena is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Laid pulls down on the head and he's put Cena to sleep! This one is all over!
