The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cigano swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Munoz counters with a left and a right that stings Cigano.

Cigano drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Munoz can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Cigano controls the pace.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Munoz can do anything to dispel that myth.
Cigano lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Cigano not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Munoz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cigano. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee asks Cigano politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Cigano prefers to stall for the moment though.
Cigano creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Munoz sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Vetch changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Omega looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
