Le Clarke shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Le Clarke was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Kanye West-Amazing. Michaels has chosen Fatboy Roberts - Made You Look/Kill Bill Remix as his entrance music. Mason Michaels is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andreago Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mason Michaels!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Michaels fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Silva sprawls well initially but Michaels persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Silva is trying to stand back up but Michaels is controlling him
Michaels keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Silva wants to get back to his feet.
Well, if Michaels is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Mason Michaels was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Silva shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Michaels napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Michaels can't do much from the bottom here.
Michaels keeps Silva under control for a moment.
Silva really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Silva thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Michaels gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Michaels has control of Silva's left arm, preventing Silva from doing any damage.

Silva has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Michaels to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Silva is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Michaels pulls down on the head and he's put Silva to sleep! This one is all over!
