The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira just misses with a punch to the body.

Schwarzeneg throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ferreira was covering up waiting for the punch and Schwarzeneg finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ovechkin stalks Geno and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Geno's face. Geno staggers backwards, shaken.
Ovechkin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Geno throws a right hand that Ovechkin ducks under and follows up with a left that Ovechkin also avoids with ease.
