This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jiu Jitsu drops back, looking for a kneebar! Alexander looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Alexander looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Alexander!

Zorro pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Zorro! Nelson is out on his feet! Zorro rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Nelson is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Nelson is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Gomez gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Gomez tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Samuel is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Gomez buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Gomez!! Gomez is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Samuel throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Malsone takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Gerard lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Gerard turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Gerard feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Malsone sprawling to the canvas! Malsone rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gerard finish him?!
Malsone is still on wobbly legs! Can Gerard finish him?

Malsone circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Gerard. Malsone falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Gerard!
