Overeem pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Martinez tries desperately to hold on but Overeem is relentless in his assault! As Martinez receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Overeem away and this one is in the books!

Our winner, Cees Overeem, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
