Well Selluliitti has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Highwind moves out of range as Maeda strikes.

Maeda looks to throw the jab but Highwind is out of range.
Highwind loads up on a big right hand but Maeda slips the punch.

Highwind shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Maeda's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Highwind makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Highwind lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Maeda has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Maeda and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Highwind feints and as Maeda raises his hands in defense, Highwind changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Maeda wants to sweep here but Highwind controlling him for the moment.

Highwind slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Maeda throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Highwind escapes and throws Maeda's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Highwind wants to control but Maeda is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
