The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Powell gets a clinch.
Powell is trying to drag Lawson to the mat but Lawson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.
Powell tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Lawson's elbow.
Lawson gets underhooks to prevent Powell's takedown attempt.
A left hand lands to the body for Lawson.
Powell looks gassed!

Lawson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lawson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Lawson duly obliges.

It looks like Robert Powell has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lawson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Oooooh!!! Lawson has knocked Powell down with a huge combo! Lawson steps away and waves a wobbly Powell back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

That has opened up Robert Powell's cut even more.
Lawson dances in with a quick combination. Powell is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Lawson snaps Powell's head back. Powell stumbles backwards against the ropes. Lawson steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Powell's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Powell just didn't come prepared.

Kerry Lawson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Skin-Clothes Designing logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
