Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Dread Zepellin - Stairway to Heaven. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Alexander Khalifman enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Khalifman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Huan Mexican (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huan Mexican had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. This should be fireworks!

Hathaway is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Redenbacher is just riding it out for now. Hathaway eventually gives up the hold.
