The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Executioner fails to land the takedown.
Diaz lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Diaz lands a nice shot that snaps Executioner's head back.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Executioner takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Alex Executioner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Executioner shoots in and drives through. Diaz sprawls well.
Executioner shoots in looking for a takedown but Diaz manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Executioner's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Diaz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Executioner has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Executioner and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Diaz drops Executioner with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Executioner looks back up at him and smiles so Diaz waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Zoku throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Koiranaama's waist but Koiranaama gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zoku off to one side.
Koiranaama is looking to wear down Zoku with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Koiranaama fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Zoku looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Zoku shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Acustus Koiranaama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tutan was well out of range. Poor timing from Moon.
Moon has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tutan.
Moon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tutan.

Tutan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Moon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Tutan dips to his left and cracks Moon with an uppercut!
Horrible takedown by Tutan or perhaps it was just good defense by Moon which made him look bad.
Moon lands a nice hook to Tutan's body. Tutan takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Kapitan Tutan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tutan scores with a crisp jab that stopped Moon in his tracks.
Tutan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Moon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tutan somewhat.

Moon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Tutan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Moon tries to avoid it but Tutan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Moon to the ground. Moon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tutan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Moon's head backwards.

Tutan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Moon's half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moon wants to control but Tutan is keeping busy.
Moon has hold of Tutan's hands but Tutan slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Tutan is working for a kimura but Moon is defending it quite comfortably.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
