The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowe dodges the punch combination from Narcus.
Lowe doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Lowe takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Narcus throws a jab when Lowe was well out of range.
Lowe has his takedown stuffed
and Narcus counters with a nice body shot.

and Narcus counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Horrible takedown by Uglic or perhaps it was just good defense by Danielson which made him look bad.
The fighters circle momentarily. Danielson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Uglic shoots in for a takedown but Danielson shows good takedown defense.
Danielson slaps away a takedown attempt from Uglic, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bryan Danielson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pero Uglic.

Uglic bounces back off the ropes towards Danielson, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Danielson lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Danielson celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mutant Chernobli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theopolis Barrymore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chernobli kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Slipknot-Waynd and Bleed. Barrymore has chosen The Thing That Should Not Be as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Chernobli counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Barrymore's guard now.

Barrymore is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Chernobli throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Barrymore works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chernobli accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Barrymore drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Chernobli manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Barrymore has Chernobli in his guard.

Chernobli drops back looking for a leg! Barrymore is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Barrymore manages to kick Chernobli off! Chernobli jumps back into Barrymore's guard.

Chernobli thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Barrymore isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Chernobli stacks Barrymore on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Chernobli!

Chernobli is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Barrymore has escaped the position, nice work there.
Barrymore is trying to control Chernobli's posture but Chernobli avoids it.
