Glutamine shoots in for a takedown but Medway shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Glutamine pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Glutamine feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Glutamine has gone for a leg lock! Medway slips out almost immediately though and dives into Glutamine's guard.

Lincoln Jones comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Hare throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Turd stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
O Hare dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Turd shoots in but no luck this time.
O Hare scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
O Hare jabs Turd to the body, keeping him at a distance.
O Hare throws a right and a left that both miss.
O Hare connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Turd momentarily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
O Hare throws a head kick but Turd moves out of range.
An inside leg kick from Turd misses.
O Hare throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for O Hare.
O Hare throws a nice outside leg kick.
O Hare misses the shot to the body.
O Hare fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Turd manages to avoid it.

O Hare feints and as Turd raises his hands in defense, O Hare changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

O Hare scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

O Hare takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Turd misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

O Hare fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Turd fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
O Hare pulls out of a head kick attempt.

O Hare throws a nice inside leg kick.
O Hare throws the left hand but Turd avoids the punch easily.
Turd throws a leg kick that misses.
Turd tries to bum rush O Hare with a series of wild strikes but O Hare uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
O Hare lands a front kick.
O Hare misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Turd.
Turd shoots for a double leg takedown but O Hare sprawls well. He's pushed Turd's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

O Hare closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - O Hare lands in his opponent's guard.
O Hare must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Turd is breathing heavily.
O Hare throwing strikes but missing.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
O Hare wants to control from the top but Turd keeps moving.

Turd is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
O Hare would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
O Hare missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
O Hare advances position into side control!
Turd gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
O Hare wants to stand up but Turd has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Turd moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Turd is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Turd not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Turd working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. O Hare doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. O Hare manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as O Hare accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Turd looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
O Hare trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Turd thumps O Hare with a low kick.
O Hare dodges the punch combination from Turd.
O Hare is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Turd rather than just go for the knockout.

O Hare shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Turd has his foot on O Hare's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. O Hare works his way back into a safe position though.
O Hare throws a big right hand that misses.
O Hare trying to control the position from guard on top but Turd is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

O Hare is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Turd has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. O Hare is looking to defend but Turd has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for O Hare! Turd pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, O Hare taps out and this one is all over!
