Undercard bout

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lincoln Hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksi Hihnavaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hayes comes into the arena with The Black Wings of Apocalypse blaring out of the sound system. Hihnavaara is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kallio Vice. Aleksi Hihnavaara struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Hihnavaara tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hayes sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hihnavaara somewhat.

Amato comes to the cage accompanied by Gonna Fly Now. Belfort has chosen Burn It To The Ground as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
