The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bubba tries to score a power double leg takedown but Santos sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bubba somewhat.
Bubba fails with a takedown attempt.
Santos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bubba fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bubba.
Bruno Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Big Bubba.
Santos wants to clinch up but Bubba keeps it at a distance.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bubba is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Santos sees it coming and defends easily.

Bubba shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Santos napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Bubba wants to lay and pray for a moment but Santos keeps working.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bubba has control of Santos's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Santos regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Santos is squirming around, avoiding Bubba's attempts to control the action.

Well Bubba has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Doritto misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dinozzo shoots for a double leg takedown but Doritto sprawls well. He's pushed Dinozzo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Oooooh!!! Doritto has knocked Dinozzo down with a huge combo! Doritto steps away and waves a wobbly Dinozzo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Anthony Dinozzo has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Doritto cracks a nice hook into Dinozzo's ribs.

Dinozzo is trying desperately to land a takedown but Doritto is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Dinozzo.
Dinozzo moves in looking to clinch but Doritto pushes him off.
Dinozzo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Doritto pinned against the cage. Doritto gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Dinozzo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Doritto's waist but Doritto gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dinozzo off to one side.

Dinozzo stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Doritto has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Dinozzo manages to get his head free but now Doritto has transitioned to an armbar! Dinozzo grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Doritto! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

The fighters circle momentarily. Douglas darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
