The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikki tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nikki somewhat.
Jackson loads up on a big right hand but Nikki slips the punch.
Jackson throws a nice looking combination but Nikki bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Nikki shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense.
Nikki staying out of range there.
Jackson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nikki circles away quickly and effectively.
Nikki shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Oh Bear is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Teddy Bear's cut is getting worse.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bear drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Bear is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lima has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bear is looking to defend but Lima has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bear! Lima pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bear taps out and this one is all over!

Douglas Lima spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

Fuentes seems to have locked his on tight now - Diaz screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Fuentes, as he picks up the win!
