Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Evans paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Salazar tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Salazar manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

McNeil has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Valentine can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

McNeil is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Valentine's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Valentine's back!
Valentine tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Valentine tries to lock up and control but McNeil gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

McNeil swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Valentine is now in McNeil's guard. A big mistake from McNeil there, giving up the dominant position!

McNeil has his foot on Valentine's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Valentine works his way back into a safe position though.
Valentine stands and throws McNeil's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Valentine has hold of McNeil's arm. He's looking for a kimura. McNeil seems comfortable defending it but Valentine has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! McNeil is real pain and he's forced to tap out! McNeil is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Valentine couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Alleman has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Alleman is squeezing on Masden like an anaconda would it's prey. Masden fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Well Deeds has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
