Shinomori keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Shinomori throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kano Shinomori seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shinomori connects with a combination that backs up Godick into the cage. Shinomori lands a flurry of punches that gets past Godick's guard. Godick is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Shinomori bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
