Tanghe is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Penguin.
Penguin takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Socially Awkward Penguin has been cut.
Penguin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Tanghe manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
