Coach has hold of Phelps's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Phelps manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Coach quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Coach but it's paid off an Phelps is forced to tap! Nice work by Coach.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cliff Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Miletich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cliff Harris had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Pat Miletich has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Defoe fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Tupper Vi on the side of the head.

Defoe throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tupper Vi was covering up waiting for the punch and Defoe finishes the takedown easily into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
