Hills with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Saunders to score with a decent uppercut.
Saunders moves out of range as Hills strikes.

Saunders gets tackled into the cage by Hills. Hills maintains the clinch.

Saunders gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Hills tries to get to full guard but Saunders has control of the leg.
Saunders looks to land a strike but Hills avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Hills doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Saunders postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Saunders knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hills on the ground.
