The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshal stuffs the takedown attempt from Lightyear. Lightyear gets slowly back to his feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mangulan throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Tim Mangulan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bukharin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mangulan to the mat! Mangulan manages to get full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Mangulan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bukharin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
