Ibssen tries to close the distance and clinch but Right swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Right looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Right drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Ibssen gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Ibssen makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Ibssen.
Ibssen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Ibssen controls Right momentarily but Right frees himself.
Ibssen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Laitamo! James is out on his feet! Laitamo rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - James is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! James is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
