The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boran misses with a hook.
Boran fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Majors.
Boran keeps the fight on the outside.
Majors shoots in and drives through. Boran sprawls well.
Majors looks to land a combination but Boran avoids it well.
Nice uppercut there from Boran.
Nice body kick from Boran.

Boran lands a nice leg kick that just misses Majors's sensitive parts.
Boran misses with an uppercut. Majors saw that one coming.
Majors on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Horrible takedown by Majors or perhaps it was just good defense by Boran which made him look bad.
Majors takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Majors's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Boran connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Majors scrambles back to his feet.

Majors tries to clinch but Boran is having none of it.
Majors wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Boran lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Boran feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Majorss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Boran throws a sloppy head kick and Majors moves out of range easily.
Boran dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Majors. That did some damage!
A left and a right from Boran both land. Nice combination.

Majors is rocked!

Majors takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Majors misses with a double jab.
Majors has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Boran.
Boran stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Boran throws a wild body kick that Majors sees coming a mile off.
Majors throws a right hand that Boran ducks under and follows up with a left that Boran also avoids with ease.
The fighters circling - Boran throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Boran connects with an inside leg kick.
Boran lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Boran turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Boran lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Majors tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boran was well out of range. Poor timing from Majors.

Boran thuds his right hand into Majors's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Boran throws a head kick but Majors moves out of range.
No joy there for Boran, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Majors shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Boran's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Boran can't keep his opponent in guard - Majors advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Boran wants to get back to full guard.
Boran avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Majors.
Majors takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Majors is keen to just control but Boran is a slippery customer.
Majors is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Majors has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Boran's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Boran is wriggling around trying to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Boran lands a nice hook to Majors's body. Majors takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Boran jabs Majors to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Boran connects with a right hand. Majors shakes it off.

Majors with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boran to score with a decent uppercut.

Boran lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Majors is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Boran throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Majors on the side of the head.

Nice straight punches there by Boran. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Boran.

Boran has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Janjak Boran showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

and Majors counters with a nice body shot.
Majors shoots in for a double leg but Boran sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Boran thuds his right hand into Majors's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Good leg kick by Boran there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Boran checks a leg kick.
Boran throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Boran lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Boran throws the left hand but Majors avoids the punch easily.

and Boran connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Boran lands a jab to Majors's midsection.

Boran thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Majors if he has to take too many more of those.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Emory Majors has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Majors is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Boran is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Boran pulls Majors in close to prevent any damage.

Emory Majors has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Majors tries to land a front kick but Boran steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Majors clinches up with Boran and pushes him back against the cage.

Janjak Boran comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bamboni throws a front kick that sends Malapitan stumbling back into the cage.
Oh Malapitan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Malapitan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Malapitan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Malapitan shoots in and drives through. Bamboni sprawls well.

Bamboni throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Malapitan's head.
Bamboni tries to close the distance and clinch up but Malapitan swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bamboni fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Malapitan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
