The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Boy.
Smith connects with the punch.
Boy goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Kevin Smith has been cut.
Smith circles away from the clinch attempt.
Boy takes one on the button.
Smith lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Smith lands with a right hand.
Boy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Boy throws out a head kick that Smith doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Smith crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Smith's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
Smith cracks Boy with an open hand slap.
Smith catches Boy with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Smith dips to his left and cracks Boy with an uppercut!

Boy is rocked!
Boy tries to get into range but Smith steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Boy! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Smith scores the big KO victory!

Speakman tries to bum rush Niewinski with a series of wild strikes but Niewinski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Speakman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Niewinski misses with a head kick.
Speakman throws a sloppy head kick and Niewinski moves out of range easily.
Speakman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Speakman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Speakman misses with a series of wild punches.
Speakman lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Speakman throws a right and a left that Niewinski avoids nicely.
Speakman scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Speakman buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Niewinski is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Speakman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Niewinski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Speakman plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Niewinski to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Niewinski just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Nichols connects with a nasty looking knee right to Cranshow's face.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kiddi catches Johnson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Johnson drops his guard momentarily, allowing Kiddi to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Johnson! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Kiddi takes it!

Anderson Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jones lands a head kick that bluckles Santos and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Jones no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Santos connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Jones onto his butt! Jones bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Santos finish him?
Jones leaves his chin hanging out and Santos seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Jones crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
