The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moreira ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Armor takes one on the button.
Armor dives in and grabs Moreira's left leg, looking for a takedown. Moreira pushes down on Armor's head and hops out.

Armor closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Moreira's guard.

Armor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Moreira has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Armor has managed to get both his arms back between Moreira's legs - danger averted.
Armor postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Armor stands up over Moreira, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nobunaga Oda.

Tepes has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Cavalcante Ribeiro gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Voda has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Voda and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
