Marcos cracks Pasca with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Pasca falls to his knees and Marcos doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Barbosa flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Euclides anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Barbosa and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Euclides slips an arm under Barbosa chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Euclides has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Euclides is squeezing on Barbosa like an anaconda would it's prey. Barbosa fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Craine in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Simpson fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Carvalho to the ground. Simpson is now in Carvalho's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Simpson tries to free his leg and advance position but Carvalho is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Carvalho is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Carvalho has his foot on Simpson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Simpson works his way back into a safe position though.

Punker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Arben is fending him off so far but Punker persists. Nope, Arben circles away and we're back to standing.

Arben lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Arben throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Arben moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Punker's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Arben connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Punker scrambles back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Punker steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Arben.
Arben stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Arben wants it to stay on the feet.
Arben slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Arben misses the shot to the body.
Arben throws a looping overhand right but Punker ducks down to avoid it.
Punker shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Punker shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Arben lands a really nice looking cross but Punker seems unphased.

Punker walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Rozafa Arben seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
