Lannister takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lannister connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Lannister fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jackson on the side of the head.
Jackson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

and Lannister counters with a nice uppercut.
Jackson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Li is defended easily by Lopes.

Li closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Li lands in his opponent's guard.

Li drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Li jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Li is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Lopes defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Philip Bhreithiun.
Well McGuirk has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
