The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duch fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Koning avoids it really well and circles away.
Alto Koning seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Duch looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Koning clinches up against the cage.
Koning landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Koning has Duch pressed against the cage.

Koning manages to break the clinch.
Koning misses with a jab, cross combination.
Koning swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Koning throws a right and a left that Duch avoids nicely.

Koning fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Duch, pushing him back against the cage.

Duch is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A jab from Koning does it's job there.

It looks like Ryszard Duch has been cut.
Koning connects with a nice cross there... Duch is looking wobbly and Koning recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Duch to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Koning jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
