The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rude looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rude defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Easton.
Rude tries for a takedown but Easton sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Easton lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Easton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rude but Rude pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Rude has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Easton is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Rude yanks on the arm and Easton is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Rude.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanaka scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like Quinton Belfort has been cut.
Belfort shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tanaka as he jumps to the side.
Tanaka swats away the attempt to clinch by Belfort.
Belfort tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tanaka paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Belfort shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tanaka as he jumps to the side.
Belfort throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tanaka stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Tanaka throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Belfort was covering up waiting for the punch and Tanaka finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Tanaka works over Belfort with some ground and pound from guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Louvierre takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Yakupov misses with a body shot.
Yakupov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Yakupov wants it to stay on the feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Yakupov enables Louvierre to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Yakupov manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Cruz is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because De Kaizer is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

De Kaizer is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

I really don't envy Cruz right now.

Bas De Kaizer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Three manages to reverse the position and now he's in Rocca's guard. Nice work there by Three.

Daniel Rocca has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
