The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawkes moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Mancinelli misses with a wild combination.
Hawkes rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mancinelli moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mancinelli fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hawkes has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Mancinelli throws a lazy right hand but Hawkes sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A thudding body kick lands there by Mancinelli!
Hawkes explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
A combination from Hawkes does no damage.
Hawkes does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Hawkes throws a nice looking combination but Mancinelli bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Mancinelli throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Good standup being displayed there by Hawkes as he connects with a hook.

Hawkes lands a big head kick that sends Mancinelli tumbling to the mat! Hawkes takes a step backwards and waves Mancinelli back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oh Mancinelli is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Hawkes goes for a small jab and connects. Now Hawkes goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Mancinelli stumbles back but Hawkes runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Mancinelli to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Mancinelli will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mann lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Silva has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Silva and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
