The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellenberger connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lewis momentarily.
Ellenberger feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lewiss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Ellenberger ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Ellenberger slaps away a takedown attempt from Lewis, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ellenberger fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Ellenberger catches Lewis with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lewis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lewis shoots in looking for a takedown but Ellenberger manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lewis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Rosenberg moves out of range of the leg kick from Paris.
Rosenberg lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Rosenberg misses with a series of wild punches.
A jab lands there for Paris.
Paris looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rosenberg looks to land a combination but Paris avoids it well.
Paris lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Rosenberg lands a glancing blow to the side of Paris's head.

Paris is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Paris hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

In his post fight interview, Elijah Paris started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
